As per the Cambie corridor OCP; we rezoned a standard RS1 lot into RM8; which increased the FSR from 0.7 to 1.2. This resulted in the possibility of building an 8-unit townhome project on a single lot.

Taking advantage of the RT-4 zoning we were able to provide a 3-unit project on a single lot. Secondly, we took advantage of the density bonus incentives and increased our buildable size by 10% to make such a project feasible in the City of Vancouver.
